[Originally posted by Dave: I thought that if you enter an episode thread, you did so at your own risk.] Point taken. Actually, when I saw so many new episodes posted, I thought that the new season had begun. [I was caught by surprise when season 27 had passed before I realized it.] I thought the Christmas Invasion would air closer to December, but didn't know for sure. so that's why I checked it. Maybe someone could post a schedule for those of us in the dark about when to expect more Who. [Originally posted by Dave: If Rose and a chained Dalek appear in a full page spread in 'The Sun', the most popular daily tabloid in the UK, only a hermit without a tv or radio would not already know.] Sounds like a nightmare for people who don't want to know.

This episode was awesome, I really enjoy it. I specially like the action in it, and all the interaction between the Dalek and the doctor, and with Rose. The expresions of the doctor in that first encounter with the dalek were just amazing. Krystal :star:

Re: 27.06: Dalek I didn't think this episode was that great on first viewing. I wasn't keen on the whole Dalek deveolping emotions thing. However on repeated viewings I started appreciating things I missed the first time around. First, the Dalek becoming more Human was accompanied by the Doctor becoming more like a Dalek. In the end they were pretty alike. Also, they did a great job of updating the Dalek. It really did seem unstoppable, its just a shame that their appearence in the later episodes were much less frightening. A similiar thing happened with the Borg in Star Trek. Then theres the subtle moments, like The Doctor feeling his age after seeing a Cybermans head put on display in a museum. Then finally, theres the character of Van Statten. He's brilliantly smarmy. I especially like the grin on his face after The Doctor compares him Davros.
