I so remember those 25 min eps, there was a real cliffhanger at the end of every single one !!! corny as hell most of them, usually a close up on the Doctor just before he was about to meet a terrible fate from a completely inescapable situation. We'd sit there thinking he is never gonna get out of that one .....but as always, within the first 5 mins of the next episode he managed to escape and/or rescue his assistant. Its what made us sit on the edge of our sofas on a saturday afternoon waiting for Grandstand to finish so we could see the next episode. Crikey! I think my age is showing !!!!!

Well, finally we could see Dr. Who in Scifi. I really like it, it have great humor and to me it was completely new since I remember seen one of the Dr. Who when I was young but the only thing I remember of that time is that he travel through time and that he travel in an telephone booth. So this is an opportunity to see it and understand it. Because I read all the things you mention and I don't remember any of it. I really enjoy it, and it was great that Scifi shows episode 1 and episode 2 together. The accent would be a little difficult some times but not a mayor problem. Looking forward to see more, I really enjoy the interaction between the Doctor and Rose. Krystal :flash:

Keep watching Krystal because it gets better. It has been really well made. I think I was skeptical that it could be. The hierarchy of the BBC never liked it, they thought it was too expensive, so they made it cheaply and then they complained about poor sets. Now that all TV drama is expensive and special effects are cheaper, it can compete again.
