| Dr. Carson Beckett Beckett will be joining the show full-time in Season 2, appearing in the opening credits and having a role in all 20 episodes. I don't like this news. I love the character, but having to write him into all 20 episodes is going to present problems IMO. I like how they only use him when they have to, when they have something for the character to do, he guest-stars. Hopefully in Season 3 he won't have to appear in every episode. The cast of ER doesn't appear in every episode. That allows the writers to create plots that aren't clogged with too many characters, trying to find something for everyone to do. |
