Everything I am doing at the moment is in RAW - I don't think I will go back to JPEG again - the only advantages it gives are a smaller file size and as a result the buffer can hold more in the camera, but action shots (esp of wild things) are unpredictable most times, so I would not ever have time to change out of RAW and into JPEG to get that extra 1 frame -- so its RAW all teh way!

Blimey! *waves to the dead JPG* Maybe if you get that second camera you could stick to JPGs, since they must (must!) be easier on plain digital cameras (I find them sooo easy). I love JPGs, honestly. Right now I'm not fussed about switching over. Perhaps when I get the E-510 I will make the jump.
