Rowling releases paragraph from HBP

This is a snippet I found in SFX magazine:-

JK Rowling has published a paragraph from the next Harry Potter novel, The Half-Blood Prince.

"He looked rather like an old lion. There were streaks of grey in his mane of tawny hair and his bushy eyebrows; he had keen yellowish eyes behind a pair of wire-rimmed spectacles and a certain rangy, loping grace even though he walked with a slight limp."

So what do you reckon? The half-blood prince? The new DADA professor?

I think that's probably it. He sounds like a professor

I don't think she would describe a new villian as an old lion - for some reason it implies respect.

that sounds like a new teacher, mabye the DADA teach but mabye someone else, like the new minister :rolly2:

well after thinking about it for a while and rereading the books, i cant think of anyone off the top of my head who that would be, but since she likes to introduce so many new charecters each book i dont really expect to guess correctly :rolly2:

J.K. Rowling has revealed three chapter titles from 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince' to be:

~ Chapter Two: "Spinners End"
~ Chapter Six: "Draco's Detour"
~ Chapter Fourteen: "Felix Felicis"

hmm interesting, i wonder though what spinners end is, that one is a quandry, dracos detour is i think kinda self explanatory, and i have no idea who felix is so that helps but a little, oh well still got to wait for the book anyway:rolly2:

Spinners End sounds sort of like a place name to me, along the same lines as Godric's Hollow.

Felix Felicis... maybe a new spell?
