Farscape Trailer to Premier at Apple Movie Trailers

The G Block on Fox News' Special Report, announced tonight that apple.com/trailers will be hosting the great Farscape trailer from Comic Con. The trailer will premier on the Apple site this coming Wednesday, August 25, at 3 pm Eastern/Noon Pacific.

The Jim Henson Company, released the following statement about this fantastic news.

The Jim Henson Company and Hallmark Entertainment are thrilled to announce the on-line premiere of the trailer for Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars, an original miniseries premiering on Sunday October 17 at 9/8C on the SCI FI Channel. Offered exclusively from the Apple Movie Trailers site www.apple.com/trailers, the 1:54 trailer will be available beginning Wednesday, August 25th at 12:00 noon PST.

Special thanks to Apple for hosting this premiere and giving us the unique opportunity to post the trailer for this television event alongside theatrical feature releases.

The Apple Movie Trailers site is one of the largest (if not the) largest movie trailer site on the web. Huge thanks to all the Scapers who wrote in to Apple.com/trailers to encourage them to put the trailer up.

Take a moment to show Apple our thanks for hosting the trailer by supporting their trailer site, and, if you don't have it yet, consider downloading iTunes (it's free) to watch your trailer.

Looks like there's a fair few suprises in store! [I shall not post anything here incase there are folks who dont want to read it]

I've been watching every screenshot closely.. repeatedly.. and am still in shock!

Anyone who hasn't already seen it.. watch it! [But remember.. there ARE spoilers for sure!]

It looks like our continual fight for this mini series definitely has not gone unrewarded..

Anyone else have anything to add to my ramblings?

Hey, guys! Just so you know, you really ought to view the trailer at least once from the actual web site. Apple keeps track of how many views they get of these things and they can give that info to Henson! And I'm sure you all want Henson to be able to report to his investors that the trailer was viewed, oh say, 20 million times by independant viewers... right? :upto: Not that we'd try to artificially up those numbers, but we don't want them to look too small either... because we wanted to dl our own copy... right? Right?

I had no idea you could download the trailer! See I'm a bit computer illiterate when it comes to stuff like that.

But I viewed it twice from the site last night. I may figure out how to download it, but I may just watch it from there too.
