It reminds me now of that outtake from one of the Peter Sellars 'Pink Panther' films that is forever shown on TV outtake shows. The scene requires some men to stand in a lift and one of them to let off wind. After many many takes none of them can do the scene without cracking up with laughter.

Another good one is to scare the other person when they press the button. Right as they push it you yell RAH! and make a sort of leap towards them.
