Pretty good episode. I liked it better than 38 Minutes, probably better than Hide and Seek. I liked how they captured a Wraith Upcoming spoiler based on Scifi's "Next time on SGA" teaser only Looks like they won't be addressing it next episode, though which sort of has me irritated.

After returning from an offworld mission with McKay stunned by a Wraith blaster, the Atlantis team begins to suspect the Athosians of having a traitor in their ranks. Will the new allies prove to be untrustworthy, or is the traitor one of Earth's own.

Thumbs up

Excellent episode, I enjoy it from beginning to end. All the thing about how they distrust the athosians because they encounter the wraiths in the misions was really interesting. Sgt. Bates was really a pain about Teyla. At the end he was partially right, although it was because of Teyla's locket and the intervention of Sheppard when he first meet the athosians. The discovery was really interesting. I agree with Beckmen about hoy they capture the Wraith, it was really cool.

I'm not sure that is true. Sgt. Bates was just doing his job, and some would say he was doing it well -- I noticed that was the conversation that Weir and Shepherd never had.

But do you not think he was a little too focused on it having to be an Athosian? Some would say that was racism. Why could it not possibly be a human? Or why could it not be a human any more than it could not be an Athosian?

I realised there must be some other reason, but I didn't suspect the locket.

So, Atlantis is not situated on a totally water covered planet. That leads me to wonder why the Wraiths don't attack Atlantis, and why Shepherd seemed unconcerned by those threats of the captured Wraith. Pity that this won't be followed up (if Beckman is correct.)

That neatly gets the Athosians out of Atlantis, but they are going to need some manpower to explore the city and get it working again. It also solves their food production problem that I was concerned about.

A little too neatly I felt, you're right they were too busy blaming the Athosians, I was cross no human was ever suspected. I found it convenient that they found land, it was as if they couldn't resolve the issue without just shoving them out of the way...apart from that it was a good episode. Wonder what they'll do with the wraith???

It have similarities with racism, that was one of the things that shocked me, he was inflexible in his position. I agree that they could think the athosians have a conection with the wraith for a longer period than the humans but still he was so set in that it have to be one of them and latter that it have to be Teyla that he never accept some other explanation. I would say the right course of action will be have precautions. He was partially true at the end but Teyla wasn't a spy per se. It was the locket but what brings the locket to live was the touch of an human in the beginning(Sheppard).
