| I did. I'm not 'running you off', you are discussing this episode and there is already a thread for it. More people will get email notifications from this thread than the other. Also, your title was a spoiler for an episode that some of us won't get to see for a few months yet. The reason it's so quiet is that many who have seen this episode are off to Gatecon. |

| I'm back, baby. New episodes, more forum traffic so I return. Not the best season premiere. I was sort of dissapointed. O'Neill of course didn't get enough screen time, Teal'c doesn't look right with the hair and some of the FX didn't look all too good. Of course, the new Weir isn't as bad as I was expecting. The episode just didn't seem to have enough of a Stargate feel, I think. Not bad, though. Just not as good as other premieres like COTG and Redemption. Lockdown looks promising, though. As does Atlantis: Rising. |

| I enjoyed the Premier. We got a screening of it at the Burbank Convention which was really nice. My hubby seemed to think the part with Sam and Teal'c didn't seem like her. What do you guys think of that? I thought it was good. I loved his one word answers. Trust me Chris Judge looks very sexy with hair. :-) I watched it again after I got home from Burbank. Caught a few little things the second time that I missed the first time around. About RDA I think it is good for him to want to spend time with his daughter!! |

| Re: Time device? I fully enjoyed this episode. ![]() It was an exciting quality episode. - - - One minor nitpick. Now I think the writers and directors did the right thing, but there were a lot of things that were very conveniently timed. I'm sure "continent timing" is used in a whole lot of fiction in general, but it was glaringly obvious in this Stargate episode, especially the second time around. - - - Quote:
characters. If it wasn't awkward they would have been out of character. That's what Sam is like when she gets stressed and worried, but has free time. - - - Quote:
That's probably why. - - - Edit: Mini-Rand deleted. Sorry mods.

| OT: Re: Downloading The Moderators are mostly away at Gatecon at present. I really don't want to have to read this thread because I would rather avoid these spoilers, but I've already read reviews of it now anyway. I'm sorry if anyone thinks that a Moderator has acted heavy handedly, but ASciFi does not and cannot condone or encourage illegal downloading of episodes, but I think everyone is aware that it does happen, and it will continue to happen anyway whatever we do. Just because people disregard copyright infringements and intellectual property issues, (or even that some cancelled shows are never likely to be broadcast in some parts of the world) doesn't make it right. But if I am to delete that post then I now need to edit your quotes too. If anyone was to actually reply then I would have to do something. If you see a post that needs reporting to a moderator, continue to do so using the link below. Actually posting the URL of a download website is self-defeating anyway because as soon as someone does that it will be taken down fairly soon afterwards by the powers that be, starting off with a strong letter from the studio's lawyers. Padders has long-term ideas for this site that are better served if we don't antagonise the studios. Although in the past they have been fairly lax about enforcing the non-commercial use of their materials they have recently begun to get much tougher. Dave normal service resumes... |

They didn't have seconds to spare and the team was going against a small force with weapons that have proven successful against non-human replicators plus one weapon that is will take care of the one human replicator. I don't see why you are angry? I did put thought into it. Do you really need 40 pharagraphs?
