Site Problems... Post it here - Page 9 - Science Fiction Fantasy Chronicles: forums

Hello everyone,
Sorry for the delay, I was on the road. Ausgate is down right now to what appears to be a Hardware problem. I have someone checking on iot right now and if they can not get the issue addressed, I will go downtown tomorrow. There are a few things being tried right now. The server is powering up..but not posting. So, it may either be one or both of the CPU's, RAM and or the Motherboard. I will be taking all of these with me. I have a duplicate motherboard with me now and if that is all it is, It will boot right up. Worse case scenario is that I have another server ready to go that I can sway out. But, we will have to what foe Allan to get back online to restore the site. He just moved and he was still waiting for his DSL line to be installed. I will post another update tomorrow. I apologize for the inconvience, I was hoping to get another month or two out of the server before replacing it.

I just came online for the first time today and tried and Ausgate loaded for me. Slowly but then everything's slow for me these days. :crying:

Well I haven't been able to access the site all day. And there are several more people whom I know of from the gamma site who can't get in either.

I don't know what's being done about it though. Are if it's just down for a select few. But it's very, very annoying.
