Here is some interesting stuff!!!

In Nicodemus, Kristin Kreuk (Lana) used a body double in the infamous pool scene. In the episode Extinction, you see that she is much skinnier than the body double.

Chloe mentions in Extinction that Lex has a dramatically increased white blood cell count, a warning sign of leukemia. In the comics, Lex Luthor got cancer from prolonged exposure to kryponite.

In "Visage", Van's father, Lt. McNulty was played by D. Neil Mark. However, in Extinction, we see a picture of Van's dad in his locker, and the actor on the picture is actually Anthony Heald who plays on Boston Public.

In Slumber it was an inside joke to use music from REM since in medical terms REM stands for Rapin Eye Movement.

In Perry, Dr. Foster is recommend to Lex for his psychological evaluation. Dr. Foster was Superman's psychiatrist in the comics.
