Can't access the site? Check this...

I know there are a lot of people out there that simply can't access the AusGate site. The most common symptom being the index page keeps on refreshing to itself in a continual loop.

If you are one of these people, go to the following link and it will *hopefully* tell you why you can't access the site. And hopefully give you some pointers in the right direction.

Thumbs down Me neither!

Passed all the cookie checks no problem. As for the firewall thing, I do have one installed but even with the service disabled I get the same (non) result.

I haven't changed a thing on my machine not one iota, one day it all worked the next it didn't!

So unfortunately it didn't really get me any closer to knowing why I can't access the site

Seems I'm having the same issue as SD.

Cookie checks all check out, no firewall and I can't get past the redirect page. The thing is out of the sites linked to the Ausgate URL, the main site is the only one I can't access.

I passed all checks in the System Compatibility Test and can't get in either.

Did something change with the site?

Interestingly, I can get in no problem from home, but from the office I get the login-loop-of-death (TM).

I'll try working out the packet routes and see if I can see a point where the problem may be...

I wasn't having this problem earlier, but now I am. Has anyone figured out what to do about it? :crying:

Passed everything

I can't get in either.

On side note, I reapplied to the FO group as I was booted, curious as to why when I am a member on the NASA list.

I noticed that I don't have an Ausgate cookie anymore and I can't figure out where it went. Do you have the same problem?

My computer has been upgraded so many times, I have no idea what it is now. I started with an Aptiva. :rolly2:
I still can't get in to Ausgate and I'm wondering if it has to do with our locations. I'm in Texas.
