:blpaw: Hi there, MacavityCat here...

Hmmm... some good novels, eh? Let's see. I know that I really LOVED a few of TOS novels, but then again, I'm more of a classic trek fan myself.

I love the follwoing writers because I just love their style. J.M. Dillard, Janet Kagan, A.C. Crispin, and Diane Carey They've written some great stories, IMHO. But you've got to remember, different strokes for different folks. *L*

Would have to say that J.M. Dillard and Diane Carey are my favorites.

The novels written by J.M. Dillard, that I would recommend are:
Bloodthirst, Demons, and Mindshadow

Novels by Diane Carey that I would recommend are:
Battlestations, and Dreadnaught (sort of a continuation of Battlestations),

Now, Melinda Snodgrass wrote an excellent tear jerker called Tears of the Singer

And I have to admit, I've read the following novel by Janet Kagan at least 3 times! *L* It's called, Uhura's Song

Hope that out of all of those, you find one that you like.
