Yeah, but look at Bane's right hand again, tim. There are a couple smudges on it, that's all. It's not like blood was dripping off his fingers or anything.

Haven't you ever cut yourself and not noticed, even though there's a little trickle of blood on your arm or leg? I've done it several times, so Neo not noticing a smudge of blood that was transfered to him via a handshake is completely understandable to me. He is, after all, "irrevicably human."
