Notice anything in the DVD that you didn't see in the theater?

And I'm not talking about the "extras" DVD either. But I realized, sitting in my living room watching the Reloaded DVD that some new insights came to me.

Anyone else notice the same thing?

There are so many clues given about "last time", "your predecessors", and "earlier version of the Matrix" that it all seems so obvious now that Zion was simply another control program, I can't see how I ever thought otherwise.
