She has to be the Scooby that changed the most over 7 years. From the geeky, shy girl who thought the first time Buffy spoke to her that she just wanted her to move, to one of the most powerful witches ever, with a werewolf, a "coming out" and a serious brush with the dark side along the way...

I'm interested in people's opinions of the evolution of her character over the seasons, and your opinions of Willow in general....

This is my first post ever (I am a bit slack), but I have LOVED the show ever since it began to air in Australia. I am currently writing a 12,000 word thesis about it for the final year of my university studies.

I just wanted to say that I can't believe more people haven't responded to this thread. Willow's character is certainly to one on the show who has developed the most. She has undergone some very radical changes while many of the other characters (even Buffy) remained very much the same.

I am NOT denying that ALL the characters have grown up, but Willow has certainly grown, flipped, rotated and by all other means changed.
