Spike's back - but, he's missing something...

Angel and Spike head off in a verbal battle that lasts the entire episode...

The gang is not sure what to make of him and Spike seems to be wavering between good and bad...

This episode was a lot of fun!

Harmony was tripping me out with her 'sensitivity' stuff - I kinda like Harm -

Spike - oh how I have missed snarky, verbal battle Spike! Oh thank you PTB at AtS for returning he whom we know and love!

This episode was fun - Spike makin' his famous comments - toward Angel of course, b/c it's always fun when he snaps at Angel and snarks at Angel!

It moved along nicely -- and LOVE the not knowing exactly which side Spike's gonna pick! JM played that nicely! I'm so giddy! This ep was just too much fun!

Actually - I even like Angel's snapping at Spike - that big speech about souls - that was really good!

Good lines and stuff:

"Captain Forehead"

Angel killing his 3 o'clock appt

Angel: I'm in a meeting
Spike: Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't care.

"Chairman of the boring."

"Looks like it's buckets for you."

LOL!! Ah - snarky, quick, one-liner Spike has returned! LOVING HIM!! LOTS!!

Numfar! Do the dance of ecstatic elation!!!!

**Side note - Stars won their opening game against the Mighty Ducks! Hoorah!!**

This ep rocked!!! I loved Spike in every scene and it was great when Angel went to his car and Spike's sitting there and going "I'm going to drive you insane." LOL!!!!!!!!

Oh and when Fred was scaning him and he says "So you think I'm hot?" And Fred says "Luke warm." LOL!!!

I think it's cool seeing Spike not really being able to do anything for once. Though it was interesting to see him work with Angel when you least expected it. and I thought the end of the ep was interesting. Go Fred!

Harmony is funny in this. I really like how it's all going.

lots of good smart lines. Joss wrote this? have there been repeat writers yet this year?

but i did want a bit more. i wanted, oh, some little tieover from Buffy, then moving on. i wanted it early, not late, and not continuing through, like some people who were really only Buffy fans. i wanted more of the timeline laid out. and---it didn't feel real.

i think my favorite scene is when the gang all finds out that angel didn't give them even half the story about his visit to sunnydale. it was fun to watch him squirm as he tried to make excuses for why he didn't tell them.

Just watched this again last night - and yeah - that was fun! Angel squirming --

And then the gang is all interested in Spike and what happened when they discover he saved the world and has a soul and whatever else...

they were all kick a$$ cars! i felt like crying when i saw them. but the really really sad thing is, you know something bad's going to happen to at least one of them before the season's out.:crying:
