Stargate on Thursday 9th

Is everyone else getting a double episode. Up here we're having full circle then Fallen......I find it very hard to believe that channel seven is starting season 7 so soon after season 6...finally they are doing something well

BTW....the episodes on thursday start at 9.30 so check your listings

I know. I couldn't belive it when they said they were putting on 2 hours. I have a feeling that they might take it off after the third episode airs though, like they did last season.

Hey Everyone,

I know that opinions on Full Circle were mixed when it aired in the UK and US. It gets two big thumbs up from me, though All you guys who haven't seen it, you are in for a treat!
They're showing Fallen right after???? Coool!!!!! I had been wondering what Ch7 might do with Stargate when Season 6 comes to an end... guess we don't have much longer to wait to find out.

love

Shelbs is right i believe , i have the same thoughts also channel 7 will air the first few episodes of the new season and then stop there as it's getting close to summer and will replace sg1 with another crappy show.

So enjoy it whilst you can.

On a side note, i loved 'Full Circle' it was a awesome episode and also the first one of season 7 was also good too so a 2 big thumbs up from the mordster.

another crappy show?

Exactly!!!

The World Cup starts in Sydney this weekend (I think) and goes for 6 weeks. C7 has the free-to-air rights. The first couple of Thursday nights are free so we should get Stargate for a couple of weeks yet. Then it will be Rugby.

And, Nekhen, I thoroughly enjoyed Full Circle too. Haven't enjoyed Stargate that much for ages. It was also rather poignant as it was the last proper O'Neill and Jonus ep before the disaster that S7 has become (hmmm, them's fightin' words for some ).

I enjoyed Full Circle as well. Even more now that I know exactly what is under Anubis's cloak. :naughty:

Smoke and mirrors was pretty good, but sight unseen felt like it was something straight out of season 2 or 3.

Oh, I SO did not need to hear that...*shudder*

We got a nice couple last night - Menace (one of my favs) and The Sentinel. I managed to get a friend who rarely likes sci-fi to watch Menace, and when I saw him this morning, he was a total convert

Guys, I have my fingers crossed that my VCR behaved itself last night.... I went to bed and left it running as usual, but when I got up this morning, it started rewinding back??? Very weird. Looks like I'll just have to face it, I have a VCR with a mind of its own! Maybe it's possessed by a Goa'uld.

I thought S2 and S3 were really strong seasons. But I agree with you though that Sight Unseen was pretty weak. It was definetly lacking something.

I loved fallen.....i didnt get a chance to see it off the net so it was the first time in ages that i saw an episode first on tv. Had seen full circle before but still enjoyed it (especially the bit about skarra's wedding with jack getting flustered )

Hehehe, it was so shippy. I loved the look that Sam and Skaara shared just after it.

Yeah, unfortunately I think it will only be a few more weeks now until Sg-1 takes a break over the non-ratings period, then after that who knows what will happen? Everyone start stocking up now on episodes to watch while we wait for it to come back!
