| So Tyr Anasazi has left the Andromeda. Christ, why is it that the show seems to have a death wish? It seems to be saying...please cancel me! Please take me off the air for some hourlong infomercial. First they get rid of Robert Hewitt Wolff , then they replace one of the greatest themes I've heard in recent memory with some industrial orchestrial sludge, and, if what proceeded wasn't bad enough, they bring the Commonwealth back ('the Greatest Civilization in History' my [edited to remove profanity] only to decapitate it in the last episode. I am finding it difficult finding reasons to watch this show, and I consider myself a serious hardcore Sci-Fi fan. That rant aside, could someone tell me why does Andromeda have this really irritating tendency to create really cool ships, only to destroy them with relative ease when the plot calls for it. By this I mean, that cool Commonwealth destroyer (the one that's like an octopus, whose name eludes me) which could virtually destroy Andromeda was dispatched so easily? That ship was probably one of the most powerful on the series, but it gets beaten in a matter of seconds. Hell, that ship alone should have been a match for it's enemies, despite their greater numbers. I am looking for something redeeming on this show, for some reason to tune into it week after week, and I am just not seeing it. Tribune Broadcasting ought to BEG Robert Hewitt Wolfe to come back to the show, and it that means that Kevin Sorbo leaves, then See ya. At least that would show that the show is on the road away from Sucksville, as opposed to setting up shop there, preparing for a long, long stay. **Mod note** Please do not use profanity on these forums. | So sorry you dont like the show....I love it I have found Season three the best of all ...oh sure there have been some 'lemon' eps but all in all they are wonderfully entertaining. To each his own ......personally I found the earlier season eps way too dark and confusing....but even so it had some terrific eps there too. My philosphy is while ever I get pleasure from a show I will continue to watch it ... Cheers Stripe |

| I find myself agreeing with you a lot, machina. Season three was rather disappointing, and very confusing. I would have preferred the struggle to bring back the Commonwealth to last longer, at least have more political intrigue. That was the show's first main plot and I was a little sad that they just wrapped that up all nice and neat two seasons in. Quote:

I do miss Robert Hewitt Wolfe, and I also wish Kevin would stop being so involved in the writing and so forth (sorry Sorbo fans). But when push comes to shove, I love Andromeda too much to give up on it this far in the game. ![]() | |||
