Ok ur probably finking er...yes old news doyle died in season 1 where ave u bin? well the title was a tad of a mislead...

...Glenn Quinn born May 28th 1970 died on tuesday 3rd december 2002.

If this is true, then it is unfortunate for such a young talented man.

I have only seen one obit on-line from the LA Times which reports that it was published today.

No details of the cause or where the death happened are included.

The LA Times reports that a mass will be held tomorrow morning at St. Cornelius Church in Long Beach, California.

A search of Google, Yahoo, CNN, NYTimes or CBSNews does not turn up any news, but I have no reason to doubt the LA Times, it just seems unusual that no other sources are available.

I just found out myself, and i went hunting for some info hoping it was a hoax

no such luck, Tim Minear confirmed it. I only found out about 10 minutes ago, it was a major shock to my system

Again, I have no reason to doubt the LA Times. And I don't want to turn this loss into a debate, but I saw where someone on a chat board said that Tim Minear confirmed it, but that is not an unimpeachable source.

If you have a reliable source for a direct qoute from Minear then fine, but I've only seen it third hand as a rumor. Call me the eternal cynic, but I have gotten out of the habit of trusting everything I see on the Internet.

I assume that more details will become available as the days pass, but right now based on one news report, Internet musings and no other solid info available anywhere, I'm keeping an open mind.

Well just to answer your questions of how and where he died

i found out from the LA Times obituary that he died in North Hollywood over a suspected drug overdose. They are just waiting for toxicology reports to confirm it.

Again very sad news.
