Lo all. I am new to this scifi stuff and thought I would follow a few links, and found myself here. Stargate is awesome and I wanted to find somewhere to say what I thought. Also, I was a little upset as I have heard a rumour that the series has now ended and that Full Circle was the last of the tv series to be made I hope not!!!

A warm welcome to Ascifi, Yoda Rocks  There are rumours a plenty about Stargate, but we've set a sight upon a season 7, though it does look as if changes are going to be made . In the meantime ther is plenty to keep your interest here until the final decision is made. With a name like Yoda, perhaps you could have a look at our Star Wars forum as well, where there is some fascinating debates going on about the new film and the Extended Universe?

thanks muchly ray mate. The name was inspired by watching Yoda in part 2 and I use it as my clan name in RTCW. I hope to god they have him fighting more in the next installment:rolly2: HE DOES ROCK!!! As for Stargate. I guess I will have to keep my fingers crossed. I was reading something from one of your admins that she thouhght season 6 lost its way abit. I have to say I disagree. But the part of Jonas could deffo be expanded.

Stargate is not the only one to suffer problems. They all are. Anything that dares to be different, fails because it is different. Anything that tries to follow the old guidelines is failing because it is too staid. You takes your pick and cross your fingers

Welcome! I hope it wasn't my negativity you were picking up on? I have been down about a lot of sf tv recently, but I think a lot of my disappointment has come from things not living up to my (too?) high expectations... I have a generally positive feeling towards stargate season seven, I am fairly confident that it will be more enjoyable that season six, but whatever happens, you can be sure you will find opinions off all stripes on this site.
