4th of June apparently. It's also been said that GoF will come out 2005 and OotP 2007. - so far.
Daniel, Rupert, and Emma have all signed for GoF, but after that who knows...

Tim - errrr silly question/comment by the time Goblet of Fire is filmed will it not matter if they've aged cos by that time they'll be 4th years at Hogwarts?? (just an observation )
