LOL yeah I remember..I think you were the only one brave enough to talk to her...i was too scared in case she bit my head off...

Yeah I think ti has a lot to do with how the con was done as well...the one in Germany was quite badly organised so no one really knew what the guest were up too...htey wanted to dance and nobody told them they couldn't so they did!

It really made a difference and it seemed a lot more relaxed at times!

Talking

Hee hee........yes. He remembered me from the Q & A sessions because he talked about playing Diablo 2 and no one else but me knew what he was talking about.

He nearly freaked when I told him I had a level 45 Barbarian character and said he hadn't got his Barbarian past 10 or something like that. When his girlfriend realised we were talking about gaming, her eyes just glazed over. It was hilarious. There was poor Alexis wondering how come this old grandma managed to be a serious gamer!

And yes, I think the smaller cons are much more intimate. I understand that BOBW is the same. I think they often aren't as organised as the Wolf and Gatecon and therefore the guests don't have the level of babysitting that they get at those bigger cons.

I think it makes for a better atmosphere all round.
