Buffy Survey

I have no way of knowing if this is a legitimate survey by a teacher or not, but most of the questions seem innocent.

Besides, if they make you uncomfortable, just don't answer.

There a lot of questions and many of them ask for essay answers.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Viewer/Fan Survey

I am a Buffy fan and a professor who studies popular culture. I’m doing research on Buffy viewers and fans: who they are, what motivates them, how they express their fandom, and what their experience of the show contributes to their lives outside the Buffyverse.

Interesting survey, but unfortunately I just don't have the time to go into much detail on it. I would be very keen to see how the results turn out though.

welcome

Tabitha, you dont have to do it online if you dont have enough time, you can print it off or copy and paste the questions to Word or something like that and then save it and come back to it whenever you have time, ya dont have to do it all in one go, the person designed it that way so that as many fans as possible would be able to do it.

If it makes you feel any better - -Laura Holliday is a professor at Randolph-Macon College (www.rmc.edu) - RMC isn't far from where I live - as a matter of fact, I was accepted to that College - but didn't go - cost issues ---

Took the survey - left several questions blank - more b/c I wasn't really sure how *I* felt about them - and some I just, honestly, didn't have an answer for -- but many of the questions were really interesting and some things that I wouldn't have thought to ask, myself, had I been doing a survey -

Some of them, however, seemed repetitive -- but - it was fun ---

I think it took me so long to complete cos i was thinking so much about my answers. Its true what you said about not thinking to ask ourselves some of the questions before - a lot of them were thought provoking, and i had fun explaining what my top 3 eps were and why i loved them so much

yeah - for the record - I listed my top 3 as "Intervention" / "School Hard" / and "Once More With Feeling" -

those aren't my only faves - just the ones I chose for the survey - and I think my faves change on a weekly basis anyway -- 'cept for "Intervention" - that will probably always be my fave ---
