If you could be any Star Wars Character... ...who would you be? I am not sure. Playground memories make me want to choose Princess Leia, but I think overall it might probably be Luke. I don't know quite how he dies (this is an assumption here - I am guessing he has dies during NJO), but I think his life has been the most interesting. If I had the choice between him and Leia, I think I would rather have fully realised my Jedi skills.

My favourite is Han Solo, but yeah I'd want my character to be able to use the power of the force. Hmm, good or evil then? Well baddies always are more fun to play, but baddies always die so I think I'll be a jedi. I guess I'd be a young Obi-Wan Kenobi. (Though I'd also wouldnt mind playing Padme or Leia)

oh man...this is a tough question... Well my answer would be different if we included the books but just going on the movies I think I'd have to say Han Solo. I always did want to be a scoundral and I never really cared all tha much about special powers or anything like that. ![]() If you added the books I'd say Tycho Celchu simply because despite everything that he went through he always kept true to his beliefs and didn't let it sway him from what he thought was right and I admired the heck out of that.

I'd definately want to be a Jedi, too but Luke takes things really to heart and he's hurt a lot. I'd rather be Obi-Wan (during his early years) or if we're going by the books (he) I'd choose Corran Horn. Always liked those Correlians. :naughty: Being girly-girl, I'd pick Mara, too. Jedi powers and a Jedi hubby. How can you go wrong? I know... TONS of ways to go wrong with that combo, but hey, this is all just for fun anyway. Oh, and TABITHA: I'm pretty sure Luke's gonna end the NJO dead, too. It is, after all, the NEW Jedi Order. Pretty sure I'm gonna cry my eyes out when it happens, too. :crying: Luke was one of my very first heroes, and I bawled when Anakin Solo....

..... :O I soooo don't even want to think about how that sentence ends ![]() I haven't got that far through NJO and have no time for reading for fun at the mo, so probably won't get around to more NJOs until easter or so. No fair. I do like Mara quite a lot. I actually think she is a far more interesting character than Leia, I loved how she was brought into the EU, and 'rehabilitated', so to speak.

Also love her former boss, Talon... yet another scoundrel. ![]() She is a great character, with so much depth and conflict (inner and outer). Luke seemed too wimpy in that early storyline, but she was always a very interesting character. I guess Luke's light touch was just what she needed back then. :naughty: Long live Mara!

I would have to be Jacen Solo who, If the other guys in this thread are right and Luke DOES die, will probably end up as the Top guy in the Jedi Order. Read further into your NJO books guys. 15 down only 3 more to go.

I think it's highly symbolic that his newest teacher was a Jedi from the pre-Empire days, too. Someone who remembered first-hand how things were done. Someone who LIVED the Jedi code, not just someone who tried to learn it from relics and memoires. It's exactly what the new Jedi order needed, too. A real shot in the arm of pragmatism. Luke's done a great job, but it's way more than he can handle, as this series proves. The order has to become exactly that, an order, not a group LED by any one Jedi or even by a council, but an order of Jedi that know how to govern themselves, who know how to live by the Jedi code (even the updated version that Luke advocates), who know how to be Jedi without being reminded over and over. I think Jacen has already learned this. He still has a way to go, but at least he's found his strength. | |
