| I've got a ring. It's fake though. It came with a bookmark I bought of Aragorn. One was attached to every bookmark. It was a shame I couldn't buy one of each. I wore it on a chain for awhile. A girl came up to me and said, "is that the lord of the rings ring." ow she wont shut up about it. keltikkitty:aliengray |

| I just got an unsolicited LOTR catalog -- online at www.noblecollection.com -- but it had some very cool jewelry, including a few, not-cheap-at-all versions of The Ring, elvish inscription and all. Well, I'm thinking about it, of course. Not that I can afford it. And there is a lingering doubt in my mind that I want to own a ring whose mythical purpose is that of evil. Still, I feel the power of a sterling silver version plated in gold for $129 (USA) So, if I get this thing, does that mean I have to keep an eye out for Nazgul? ![]() |
