we've already seen an Ancient in the show. What if it's Gen. Hammond? He has this kind of weird head... and we don't get to see much of his life or what he does out of his office.

Or it's "Mother Nature" (too obvious?!), Anubis (the host, anyway), the mimic from Fifth Man, Nem, Tolgar, Martin Lloyd, Malikai, Machello or, Janet! Altogether just too humane...

If I were to put money on a non-obvious candidate (from the above list), I suppose I would have to go with either Nem or Machello.
