Gonna have to go with the crowd and say the qui/maul/obi fight scene was my favorite.

I also just like the very very beginning, where they kind of parallel the beginning of ep four in a vague way.

I think the best part in The Phantom Menace is Darth Maul vs Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Won Kenobi, i think that Darth Mauls double bladed lightsaber is cool and can kick some Jedi ass, i also like the podracing.
