Hello,

As you will probably be aware already, FOX has officially cancelled Dark Angel after only 2 series.

There are many fans of the show currently emailling, writing letters and signing petitions directed to FOX to renew the show for at least one further season or to produce a TV film to finish off the story.

The below petition at the time of writing this email, currently stands at 18,684 and is increasing each day.

While I would love dark angel to come back, I don't think fox will listen

Was'nt something like this done to save futurama once?

No, I don't think the blighters will take any notice - not unless the message is written on the side of a tactical nuclear missal - er - missile

DA was originally going to be renenwed, but at the last minuet fox pulled it, .... they might just need a little enocuragement

I'll sign on too. Hey, it worked for Roswell after they cancelled the show after Season 1. Fans wrote letters and sent tobasco sauce bottles, etc. Besides signing the petition and e-mails, what could we actaully send to FOX? Any ideas?

There are some people that are cutting off the barcodes of the products they use and sending them in aswell.

It`s not just fox stopping dark angel from coming back,now since jessica alba is in the film business and quite succesful i dont think she`ll want to stop in films to do another season , real shame as well i mean hmv is still selling dark angel season 1 for between 30 and 60 pounds, thats gotto show something, even seasons like naruto and smallville go down after a while on the shalves!

I would like to see at least one more episode and have another end of the story. The last one, just didn't feel right.

I think with Jessica Alba's movie career in full bloom (at the moment) and the popularity of movies from tv shows (at the moment) the time is ripe for a nostalgic DARK ANGEL movie.
So long as they make it without too much fluff and nonsense tied into the actual tv show (ie, a movie that non-Dark Angel fans can understand) they should be onto a winner.
You will probably find that she gets into a bikini at some point in it ... that appears to be in her contract with every movie! (oh cynic!)
