i was gonna say 'i don't know if you can see it in any of the episodes' - but i believe several of them have decent shots of the elevators...

Answer below if anyone's curious and just can't get it:
A button for the 13th floor... most elevators that go that high skip the 13 button and just go to 14

The elevator thing - do elevators in Europe have 13th floor buttons? Personally - I just think it's weird - b/c I have no problems with the #13, but that's just me.

What's the name of the first episode of the series?
