I listen to 'DeadRingers' it is on Fridays at 18:30 hrs on Radio 4. They have someone as Tom Baker phoning up a different person every week. They are always funny. The whole show is very funny. But it ought to be if you listen to the credits, the writers are a 'Who's Who' of current British Comedy sketch writers.

They had a 'Star Wars' sketch a few weeks ago too, with Tony Blair as Anakin Skywalker, and Michael Foot as Obi Wan Kenobi. Also this part of the BBC site as ALL of the Dr.Who sketches to download, and a link to the shop where you can buy a CD. http://www.bbc.co.uk/cult/doctorwho/deadringers/

Dead Ringers This topical comedy impression show has become such a hit that it is transferring to TV. It begins a six week run on BBC2 tonight (Mondays) at 9pm. Presumably, with a higher make-up budget. As well as Tom Baker "going to the shops", it has Tony Blair planning his alien invasion of the world, Robbie Williams, Nigella Lawson, Russel Crowe, Delia Smith (on "how to murder" Rick Stein), Anne Robinson and Johnny Vegas among the celebrities who are made fun of. I hope they do more of the Dr. Who sketches, but it won't be the same on TV. The one where they phoned Sylvester McCoy and he really believed that it was Tom Baker was unbelievably funny.
