Sorry, If you want let's stick to the music itself in this thread then. I think he's a reasonable singer. He can probably do that genre better than Robbie Williams, and he has an album out of his DS9 songs too. 'This One's From the Heart' http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...959818-4297463

'This One's From the Heart' is actually called 'The Way You Look Tonight'. A Minor matter. What is more interesting, perhaps, is that it was actually used for a comic incident, coming from the Fields/Kern musical Swing Time and not intended as a Jazz Love ballard at all! It was sung by Fred Astaire to a rather distressed looking Ginger Rogers. She had just come out of the bath, hair in curlers etc. If you want more try http://dorothyfields.co.uk/song_waytonight.htm

Re: Vic's Songs As an amateur composer, I have to say that I was impressed by the music used in the final scenes of "What You Leave Behind". Whoever the composer was orchestrated a beautiful version of "The Way You Look Tonight" and blended it seamlessly with phrases from the DS9 theme tune. It's a beautiful piece of music - almost as good as the full version of the "Inner Light" suite from TNG.
