I can't help you there, sorry. But, I have seen some new 'Cut-Away Posters' advertised. They are 24 x 36" in size and are available at 'Forbidden Planet' @ £14.99 each. There is a Klingon Bird of Prey, 4 different Enterprises, and a Voyager. The Voyager one looks like it has a lot of detail on it. If someone buys one they can tell us.

Aerowing Shuttle In the book, "Star Trek Starship Spotter". It has a section on the Aerowing Shuttle from Voyager as well as a CG picture of what it looks like deployed. As for other meeting rooms, there were more on Enterprise-D. Some were in the section that the Borg cut out in "Q, Who?" and some were seen in other early Next Gen episodes (sometimes the Observation Lounge or Main Quarters sets redressed.) In the Voyager episode, "Alliances", another Dining/Meeting Room is seen when the senior staff dine with the Trabe Mabus (Of course, this was again the Quarters set redressed).

Here is an image of the Aeroshuttle on Voyager(which was never actually used in the series.) Also, it should be noted that only Neelix's cooking area was the captain's private dining room, after 'Caretaker' it was turned into Neelix's kitchen, much to the  of Mistress Janeway.
