3.66 : Day Of The Dove.

The one with Kang (Michael Ansara) and Mara, the only female Klingon to be seen in the original series.

Another one of my favourites.

A malevolent energy being that feeds off aggression and violent emotions, causes the Klingons and Enterprise crew to fight. Phasers are transformed into swords (but no Bat'Leths), fatal wounds are healed, injured individuals recover to fight again and again. They even make Chekov believe that he once had a fictional brother called Piotr killed by the Klingons.

These Klingons are of a much weaker constitution than later versions. When Klingons capture Engineering, two warriors chase Scotty into the hall. Just at the point that they cross the threshold, a Starfleet security officer brings down his weapon on a Klingon's elbow. The Klingon falls down unconcious.
