What have you written this week, MacSlows? (1.4. - 7.4) Hey clan! Grr, just wrote a very long message to you and then accidentally deleted it. Oh well, here we go again: I hope you've written a lot this week, to make up for your 'clan mommy's' inability to write anything at the moment! ;-) As I said last week, I decided to stop writing until I'd seen to some things that I have to do in Real Life. That still holds true, but on top of that RL now has gone really crazy on me, and I'm currently really not in any condition to write fanfic. (BTW: one of the positive effects founding Clan MacSlow has had on me is that I have managed to learn to write on a regular basis now. It has really become a sort of habit, and it is now easier for me to write, even if it's only a sentence a day, as it is most days, than not to write. I really miss it. Still, I don't have the time now. :-( ) As of now, I'm living in a practically empty apartment with no hot water and with no light in any of the rooms except for my bedroom. I've been looking for a new place to live for about a month now, and still haven't found anything that I can afford. Well, at least my computer and internet connection are still working! ;-) I may be scarce in the next weeks - I'm thinking about moving back, sort of, to my parents, because it really sucks if you don't have hot water in early spring - it's still way too cold here to take cold showers in the morning! Anyway, my parents don't have real internet access, so I won't be online much, I think. I *will* come to my own place a few times a week, though, to do some work in my workshop and check my mails and stuff, so I should be able to check for new post (and new members? ;-)) As you probably (hopefully) understand, I am, due to the current RL trouble I'm in, unable to do much on the website front. I'm sorry. I haven't even been able to format all the stories that have been sent to me in the last few months... I wanted to do it now, in my holidays (which are about to end, btw), but my holidays turned out to be more stress-filled than the whole semester had been! I'll give our new provider another week to process my application, if they haven't replied until the end of the week, I'm going to call them and ask what happened. But even if they manage to activate my new account then, I don't think I'll be able to put the newer stories online immediately. If it's any consolation, I haven't been able to do much work on my own new website either. Life's just a bit too much, sometimes. So, when the new provider activates the account, I'll just upload the old MacSlow website, bugs and all, until I manage to do an update. Sorry.

Re: What have you written this week, MacSlows? (1.4. - 7.4) PS: Love you all! PPS: Don't worry about me, I'm okay. I'm just disorganized even at the best of times, and now is *not* the best of times, so my own inability to organize my life properly and the craziness of circumstances combine to form one hell of a mess. ;-) But I'll get out of it.

I know I sound like a broken record here, but I'm still working on that series of Highlander vingettes. I finished the Methos part. I was hoping to finish the Amanda part soon, so that I could post both of them at the same time, but my Amanda muse is not cooperating at the moment. For some reason, Amanda is the hardest HL character for me to write. And about the web site, please don't worry about it. It sounds like you have more than enough to worry about at the moment. I'm sure we'll all still be here when you're ready. ((((Hmpf)))) I hope things are going better for you soon!

{{{Hugs}}} Hmpf!! I do hope RL will soon make itself less crazy for you...and that you can find a nice (warm *g*) place to live. Don't worry about the website...it'll wait and so will we, until you're ready. As for what I've been doing. Not a whole lot of actual work done here. Although after spending the weekend at the in-laws, I spent the whole 5 hour drive home listening to my original muses, who have been quite quiet recently...so perhaps something will come from that.
