well - get this --

MacGyver
MacGyver
Murdoc

yes - i have both a Mac and a Murdoc muse! that is NUTS!

The Sentinel
Jim Ellison

i honestly think that's most of them - if i remember any others - i'll drop in again --

i'm glad i have muses, i just wish i didn't have so darned many of them -- and i really prefer that they not all talk at once - it's harder to write that way --

MacGyver? I love that show! I used to watch it all the time. Do you have any of your stories up on the net somewhere, H2? I'd like to read it, if you do.

Oh yeah, I've read part of your Sentinel fic too. I like what I've read so far. I promise to finish it sometime before the end of the year and get back to you on it. Okay, so I'm exagerating. It will probably only take me half the year. :wink2:

ah - i see where you are confused - you think that because i have a muse for a particular program that i have completed works of fiction to accompany - i do not -

i have very few fics completed, and even fewer on the net (i just recently started putting up my fic) --

most of what i have finished is either at MacSlow (well, will be when it comes back up) or slated to be put up there.

i have a few pieces here: Apocrypha (these are my L&O stories)

and i have one up at ana's site (don't have the link on me - it's in one of these threads somewhere)

that Sentinel piece you're reading - is one of very FEW pieces i've finished. i have a 3 part Highlander piece too - that may never get completed b/c i had to start over b/c i didn't like the way it had been written.

Currently - Spike has my ear - he's a talkative little bugger - and when he's done - i'll move on to something else -

oh - if you click on the 'Pretender/Profiler' link in my sig and scroll through that forum - you'll find my Pretender fic-bit that's posted

Okay, you're right. I did misunderstand. If it makes you feel any better, I don't have have anything finished, except my various Midweek Challenge responses. I have yet to complete one of my full length fics. For some reason, I do better with short pieces than I do with longer ones.

ah - don't we all --

most of what i have finished - if it wasn't a VS piece or just something that i worked on forever, it's a challenge response for Apocrypha, or just a bit i scribbled up really quickly --

i'm hoping to remedy that --

and you want a tip? what's helped me - writing everyday! i do - honestly - if i don't write everyday - i feel really bad and have to write like 5 pages the next day -- only reprieves i get is if i'm sick and can't sit up long enough to drink water - so, if ya can't sit up, you can't write - so, that's about it -- but really - for like the last year or so - i've written at least one sentance every day! (save one or two 'sick' days) -- it really works!! and it's a GREAT habit! not one of those bad ones that's detrimental to your health ---

well- maybe your sanity, but not your physical health --

 hahahahahahahahaha

did you hear that? She's trying to make Methos listen! that is hilarious!

Okay - everyone chime in here --

Methos muses do NOT listen - they TALK! they tell YOU what to do, not the other way around!

Methos is something of a stubborn muse, but he tells excellent stories!

Honestly - if you can get any of your muses to 'listen' to you - you're doing well. Mine ignore me at every turn, well, 'cept my detectives from Law & Order - they're pretty sweet and do what they're told, most of the time. But the rest? HA! they do what they like.

sorry - i just thought it amusing that you were trying to make a Methos muse do anything he didn't wanna do.........

Well, I've got another muse to add to my list now. I was watching my tape of "Shuttlepod One" last night, which is my favorite episode of Enterprise so far. As I was watching, I got an idea for a fic. So, it seems I now can add a Captain Archer muse to my list, even though I'm trying to ignore it for the time being. I want to finish the Highlander stuff I'm working on right now first.

Really? I hadn't noticed.

Actually, I already knew that. When I signed up here, that's where I first posted. I should go check it out again, though. I haven't lately.
