training A LOT!! and i mean 'a lot'!! like - every location, every day, for a long time -- (2x's a day if you can manage to stay awake that long and have lots of time) diligence and perseverence are key to high numbers - the other thing? pay close attn when you watch the episodes and you can answer the questions correctly when they first come up -- (or, just guess really well )but -the biggest tip? have fun!! doesn't matter how many points you have - if you're not having fun, it's not worth it!

I can echo that last part. From experience (I jumped from about 50th to 27th in a month or so) you HAVE to enjoy it, because the workload is extreme. Kendoll is in a league of their own, but for us mere mortals, for anything near those sorts of figures you are talking a couple of hours in the morning, a a couple more in the evening. Minimum. That sort of work, on anything, not just AusGate, talks dedication. And that needs fun, otherwise its a chore. But there are ways of having fun, self-challenges, races, competitions with other users etc. But just dont get nasty - its only a game.

exactly -- it's just a game -- never forget that part of it - forgetting that is what turns the site into an unpleasant place - and we don't want that! competition is fun and exciting, but taking it to a severe level is not a good idea --- i used to have tons of time to spend on the site - (work-load was light at work and i could play around, not the case any more) - and i would train and do a whole run every day -- wow - those were the days! (we were also up to only the middle of season 2 then too!) much has changed -- i get on about once a week - sometimes more - and run through about 2 episodes --- not nearly the number i had in mind - but - it's worth it for the few points --- wish i could get 1million exp pts -- but i don't see that happening anytime soon! congrats again to kendoll for the accomplishment!
