Its the Easter Buffy! Easter treats all round for UK Sky viewers!! This THursay we have the regular new episodes of Buffy (6:13) and Angel(3:11) back to back, and then for the easter weekend, theres a massive Buffy treat!! On Fri from 11:00 am we have 5 yes 5 episodes back to back from Season 3! Then at 16:00 we have "Buffy's Back", which is a behind-the-scenes special! Then later that night at 21:00 we have the truly awful, but still worth a watch original movie version on Buffy, starring Kristy Swanson... On Sat at 18:00 theres another chance to catch the latest episode of Buffy (6:13) in case you missed it... And on Easter Sunday there is "Buffy meets Blackwood" where Richard Blackwood starts his new series of meeting the stars of TV with a trip to Sunnydale and an exclusive tour and interview with Sarah Michelle Gellar herself... From the trailers Sky have been showing this week it looks quite good, with Sarah seeming quite relaxed and having a good time with Richard (he is a very funny guy for those who dont know who he is). One highlight from the trailer is her saying how she used to have gaveyard "issues" and she would cry after having to shoot in teh graveyeards in early seasons!!! And finally...for the first time on British TV, you can see the 2 hour S6 opener UNCUT at 22:00 (I've seen this version and theres not a lot different but it's noticeable). That should provide a healthy Buffy fix to all UK viewers, and a severe case of hte green-eyed monster to all non-UK folks over the Easter hol... Enjoy!!!!!

Thanks Mark, hadn't realised you'd started this thread. Oops!!! I am looking forward to seeing some of the programmes on Buffy. The one with Richard Blackwood looks good from the adverts seen. annette ![]()

the "Buffy's back" special was quite interesting. It seemed as though it was done for just before S6 started, and in fact I think it was on around that time, but I missed it... The presenter was annoying though :dead: Also a chance to hear James "Spike" Marsters with his US accent, very shocking to hear after him being English all these years ![]()

[markpud: Also a chance to hear James "Spike" Marsters with his US accent...] I said it before and I'll say it again. He doesn't have a US accent, he has a fake UK accent. Actually there is no such thing as a US accent, all the rest of y'all just talk funny (hee...hee).

He does have a US accent just like you do (I assume), like I have an English accent and an Aussie has an Aussie accent ![]() Actually one should be aware that her Majesty is the only one who does not have an accent, and the rest of have variations of that ![]() Anyway.......... Watched "Buffy Meets Blackwood" and it was very interesting, Sarah was very friendly and open with him, they went for a drive out to get coffee and then back to the set. The conversation was light-hearted and good fun and the two seemed to hit it off (look out Freddie )We also got to see a little sneak preview of a future episode... featuring a girl called Sam who was in the jungle with Riley, and is now in Sunnydale.. The scene was her patrolling with Buffy and she was a little in awe of Buffy at first. They then discussed how Riley was after he left her and how long it took him to get over her.. It was funny when they did the same scene with Richard Blackwood doing Buffy's part while she was off getting ready (picture tall black man playing the part of petite slayer  )

i really enjoyed it, it was good to see a glimpse into Sarah's personality, we don't get to see much of her outside of Buffy and films, especially over here, perhaps she puts in more appearances on US shows... Has she ever appeared on The Late Show, with Letterman? I used to love that show til it got bumped to an obscure channel over here and now I never see it....

You know, I don't remember seeing her, but I don't watch late night talk much, unless it's Nightline or some other news-oriented show. I do flip the channel a lot and I have caught Alyson a couple of times - but she didn't make a very good impression - not very outgoing, kinda dim and horribly dressed. Sarah MUST have done these shows. For everyone who makes a movie they are a required part of the publicity tour, like the morning talk shows - Today, Good Morning America, etc... Having a hard time keeping track of your woman, Markpud?
