For me at works it's one one computer a picture of Babe infront of a hotel (put there byt he boos!) with a 'Farscape' screnn saver & on the other it's a green background with different pictures of Mickey Mouse on it.

When the computer starts up for me, I get 'Thunderbirds Are GO!' & a gong sound when ever the menu pops up. :rolly2:

I have the Starfleet insignia in varying shades of blue on my desktop and my screensaver is this star thing.

Also when the Recycle Bin is emptied I get 'All Good Things Have To Come To An End', when something goes wrong it's 'It Doesn't Look Too Hopeful', at certain points I'll get 'F.A.B!' & when I log off it's 'International Rescue Hasn't Heard The Last Of Me!', plus 2 different clunk sounds & 3 different beeps sounds too!

It's just a jpg I've got saved on my hard drive.
I set it to be my pc wallpaper.
