Predator 3?

Hey so I don't know if you guys have heard about a possible Predator 3. But anyways it would have Arnold back as Dutch. Which is a huge plus! But the plot is shaky and unrealistic. Go to www.arnoldmovies.com for more details! So would you guys want a Predator 3 with Dutch or just simply a Predator 3?

can't decide what to vote

i loved predator, have mixed emotions about 2 and as far as a third one, u know how movies get by the third one especially after so much time has passed since the first two was made.

if they bring arnold back and have the same writers as the orginal it should be worth it.

(the guy who played the original alien is dead but i guess its not hard to find a 7 foot man to play it again.)

No it really isn't. They only have to search as far as the NBA for fast and skinny 7 footers!

I'd be very suspicious of the plot outline for 3; I'd be pretty amazed if such a film came to pass.

On the subject of 1 & 2: 1 was passable, and only made so by Blaine with his witty repartee and his General Electric Minigun. I expected nothing of the second movie, and was most pleasantly surprised. Much better than the hackneyed first one.

You thought P2 was better then P1? Huh. Well I think if you liked P2 then you would have been nuts about P1. P3's plot is pretty good if you ask me.

I watched P1 on television a couple of weeks ago; i wasn't impressed. It was entertaining enough, but P2 had much better characters, and a better background in general.

As for P3: 'implausible' is the word that springs to mind. The whole point about predators is that they're sportsbeings, and this silliness about revenge just turns it into another monster movie. I imagine Fox would be a little more protective of their property than that.

Though it would be great to have Arnold back, but really, I don't see it happening. He has other franchises to think about, examples being True Lies and Terminator. And plus Im not really in favour for having him return, it wouldn't fit. Because, in a way, what would have been the point of # 2? It wouldn't connect to Pred 1 and 3, only that a predator was in LA sporting.

I say keep the trend, of having different actors(or actresses) to fill the role of the hero. Having Arnold return would be too nostalgic, for my tastes anyway.

But then again, Arnold could bring the Predator franchise out of that pit that #2 dug for the series(unfair, buts thats hollywood).

Guess what Im trying to say is that I wouldn't complain if Arnold came back, but that is not the only option. There could, afterall, be a Alien vs Pred movie hitting the screens first.(maybe have Arnold in that? or is that fanancially impossible?)

I'd really like to see a P3, but Arnie? I don't think so.

No disrespect to him, he has done some great films, but he has moved on from the all-action adventure genre and I just don't think he could pull it off.

He can just about get away with "True Lies" type films, effectively sending himself up, but Predator and Terminator would just not work with him in anything other than a brief "link".

They could always get The Big Show from WWE to play the part.

Predator 3

I really loved the first Predator film it had a great story and plenty of action, and also Arnie. The second film was okay but lacked the action and actors that made the first film so good. As for the prospect of a third film, that would be fantastic - but only if they re-route back to the jungle. The Predator did not fit in the city.
