| Cleo Vs. farscape's JOOL Both Cleo and Jool have high pitched screams. They drive the fans crazy on both sides of the fence. I was just wondering what us Cleo fans thought of the comparisan. ZachWZ PS if you don't know who Jool is on Farscape it's your loss. |

| Sadly, I've never seen Farscape. My side of town didn't get Sci-Fi when it debuted, and now that I do get it, I just haven't had time to get into. So little time, so many obsessions. Cleo's scream was a bit annoying, but it was *supposed* to be annoying. By the second season, she'd gotten more confident -plus she had some incredible jokes as a result of her scream - like paralyzing the crowd at a mutant bar by screaming into a microphone, and by offering to scream to kill the parasite in "Brain Drain." (Hel and Sarge quickly said "NO!" )I am very proud that my defense of her scream was chosen as "Fan Quote of the Week" at the Oficial Website - I said something about how she represented Everyman/woman, and that I'm sure I'd scream like a girl if I woke up 500 years into the future, and found myself plunging down a bottomless airshaft! ![]() |
