No you can't just do anything you like. And I wasn't being mean.
If you want to start a thread then by all means do

But have some specific topic like: 'Do you know why....?' or 'Whuch is your favourite part and why?' or a thread picture, or a kewl links picture, or things like that.

Spoilerspace is needed in Gen, or in the book/film forums if you spoil a later book/film and you use this [ spoiler] Text here [/ spoiler] but missing the spaces.

Try to stick to topic and if another point of discussion crops up, start a new thread about it!

Any more questiosmn ask here.

Skip is right -- just imagine how confusing it would be if everyone posted new threads each time they had an idea. We would have a jumble of different things, with the same comments being repeated, and chaos would prevail.

Do you all use the 'search for:' option in the green box on every page, just below the green stripe. It will quickly tell you if there is already a discussion about your post, then you can add your theory on to that.
