When I first started reading the books I didn't think I'd like Wedge, but he's pretty cool!

Wedge is great!

Much better than Corran who didn't deserve to have books focused on him.

Focus on Hobbie or Tycho!

I've read a lot of the books and enjoyed a lot of them, too. I especially like Timothy Zahn's additions to the series. I like his writing, characterizations and new characters. I'd like to see him write in The New Jedi Order series, too.

I haven't read the X-Wing series or Han Solo trilogy or minor character books. Also haven't read the prequel books yet. Not ready to.

Has anyone read the New Jedi Order series? I"m curious to how other people are reacting to them. I've found some to be quite good, some just gory and disgusting and much too much focus on war without anything else. The premise has lots of potential but some of them get too bogged down in really horrid details. AND they've killed off two major characters which is pretty hard to deal with.

If anyone wants to talk about them, I'd be interested, too.

I loved the NJO unill Star by Star, now I dread the thought of reading Dark Journey.

I haven't read any of the NJO, they just haven't really appealed to me.

Ever since Star by Star I wish I hadn't started reading them. I just hope he isn't dead.

well knowing me I will read them eventually..I have this habit of getting addicted to a universe and never leaving it...it'll have to wait till I finish the X-Wing series and I, Jedi though

I could just tell you what happens in I, Jedi and then you won't be forced to read more about Corran. *eg*

In fact, the best thing in that book are the scenes with Booster.

Hey, I, Jedi was great!! Corran was a little-too-know it all, but still a good book.
