It comes in an attatchement in an email from someone called hahaha who's mail address is 'firstname.lastname@example.org' I dont know what the virus does because i scanned the attatchment first and found there was a virus so didnt download it. The subject of the email is 'Snowhite and the seven dwarfs - what really happened'.

if you have MSN/hotmail it automatically scans any atatchment. Alternatively, you can scan files using whatever software you have.... I think you can right click but I'm not that sure. Best asking a tech

No one has sent me this. Does that mean I don't get enough emails? :disgust: Annette has told me about it though. I think that there is more damage caused by the fear about these things than the virus themselves, see my post about the sulfnix.exe hoax. As Neo says, a good virus checker will find them, don't open attatchments from people you don't trust, and be weary of anything circulated to more than half a dozen people. And don't worry about them.

Thanks for letting me know about the virus. We've got the Norton AntiVirus set up on our PC which has warned me a couple of times about dodgy emails but I do try and be careful as much as I can.
