There is also the Tengwar Scribe that you DL to your computer. In one window you type in Roman letters (the ones we normally use) and if you have the fonts DLed, it can transcribe them into Quenya, Tengwar, or Sindarin (I don't think Nordor works, because I have it and it doesn't show up as an option).
