Talking Name Change

Whooooooohooooo!

My name is now Legolas!

Please dont call me Legless, or long-up-to-here-legs (?) or the beautiful drunk, i take offense at that!

You can still call me Snape, i wont hurt u for that,(try not to though) but Lego and Leggy are also fine!

Legolas....what a perfect name!

This is probably gonna sound stupid, but how does everyone pronounce it? Like, Lego-las, or leGOlas? Cos I'm sure Strider/Aragron/Viggo pronounces it the last one... maybe thats me....Anyone?

Well, i pronounce it as the 'Lego' being quite quick, and the 'las' goes down a note and is slightly longer, so its like lego-LAS, but the 'o' is very fast and often sounds like an a, so it sounds 'legalas' if i say it REALLY fast!

In the spoof book (bored of the rings) his name is Legolam (as in Leg-OF-lamb) but dont call me that!

I had trouble pronouncing Meriadoc, i always thought it was
Me-RA-doc, but now I know its Mer-ee-a-DOC.

Anyway, different ppl pronounce names differently. YOu can say it how you want, as long as you dont miss the 'o' out completely to get 'Leglas' (legless)

Hn, leats when I changed my name, I just took a few characters off, not change it completely.

I want to be a Legolas, too. How does Legolas Jr sound?

Leggy, I wouldn't change my name to Legolas 2, Jr, or anything of the sort. I'm not that way. You are safe.

And Morrigan is Celtic, not Norse. The only Vikings I know lost to the Packers today (I think, I was at work while they played )
