Star Wars Trivia Quiz. We have this in all the other forums. Why not here? I won't be very good. To start off: STAR WARS TRIVIA QUIZ (from Space.com) Pretty easy but I only got 4 out of 5. "Think you're a Star Wars fan? These questions should stir fond memories of the time long (well, fond memories and Jar Jar), while whetting your appetite for prequels to come. Trust your feelings! 1. Why was Jar Jar Binks banished from the company of other Gungans? (A) he annoyed them even more than he annoys us (B) he was embarrassingly clumsy (C) they discovered he was walking the path of the Dark Side (D) he wasn't banished; he's in voluntary tax exile 2. How did Sir Alec Guinness, who played Obi-Wan Kenobi, view the mystical banter of the Jedi Order? (A) "clever enough, as far as they went" (B) "heartbreaking ... like stuff my old mum would say" (C) "bloody awful, banal" (D) "a triumph of the mythic spirit" 3. Which of the four Star Wars films took in the least amount of money at the box office? (A) Star Wars: A New Hope (B) The Empire Strikes Back (C) The Return of the Jedi (D) The Phantom Menace 4. When Episode Two finally arrives in 2002, what's the likeliest character or grouping we'll see? (A) Boba Fett, a karate-style Sith apprentice, Chancellor Palpatine (B) a forceful, spiritual Native American (C) William Shatner, Walter Koenig, George Takei (D) Leonardo DiCaprio, Wil Wheaton and the cast of Dawson's Creek 5. How many sentients are on the Jedi Council? (A) thousands (B) twenty (C) three (D) twelve

I was thinking of the Moff who Darth Vader intimidates near the beginning because the work on the new Death Star is behind schedule. (If you think that you have a better question though, please post it.)

I got 4 out of 5 correct. I got the Jar Jar question wrong. Though I still stand by my answer that he annoys the h*** out of everyone!!! :laugh:I thought, oh, I'll ace these....Then Dave asks the commanders name of the last death star! D'oh!!!! I can see his face but can't remember his name. I was thinking of watching Jedi again anyway, so I'll see if they say. I do remember his expression when Vader tells him the Emperor is coming to personally oversee the finishing of the death star. I won't know Phantom Menace questions, though, because I didn't really like it. (Okay, I couldn't stand it mostly!) Here's another question though: According to 3PO, what are the odds of successfully navigating an asteroid field? :star::star::star:

Sorry, they don't give the commanders name in the film, I took it from the book, which is based on George Lucas' script. The odds: are they approximately three thousand, seven hundred and twenty to one.

Correct Dave!! C-3PO would be very proud of you!!! Now you get to ask the next one.Are you asking out of a book? I"m doing it all from memory. More fun and challenging that way. (Plus I have no trivia books.) I won't get any PM questions right though. So, next question please...... :star::smile::star:

Sorry, I have the book of 'Return of the Jedi' from way back when it came out, I also have some on-line sources that I would rather not divulge, The problem is that your memory goes at my age! and I don't have the films on video, but I think I might treat myself to a boxed set sometime. a question from me then... What is the last word spoken (by Luke) in 'The Empire Strikes Back'?

"ouch." He says that when the droid is fixing his hand. Unless you mean what he say's right before that, "May the Force be with You." Luke say's that to Lando when he leaves to find Han. I just watched the movie again, otherwise I wouldn't have known. :blpaw:
