Ain't it the truth! That makes three of us, Markpud. You, me and Joss Whedon, all of us hate this film.

It's horrible. I can't get that damned, stupid, endless, dying scene by Paul Rubens out of my head. HOW PATHETIC CAN YOU GET?

i actually liked the movie..... and the way they portrayed Merck *who is basically giles-like now* i really liked him!!!

I can see little flashes of "my" Buffy in Kristy's character, but I can't see the Buffy of hte series being quite *that* vaccuous (sp)

I *hated* the movie...the acting was so cheesy and there was no morphing from vamp face to normal, which meant the vamp just kinda had a vamp face all the time. Did the other basketball players not notice one of their teammates had FANGS?!

Plus there was no Angel...I was very disappointed with that

Heads up for any UK people, the BBC will be showing this movie on Friday, quite late at around 11.30, check your TV guides

Personally, i love this movie, it's so very 90's and camp that you just have to giggle at most of the stuff, plus Luke Perry is in it :naughty: :naughty:

Worth a watch for sure, if anyone hasn't seen it. Fans of the series will be very shocked when watching this movie for the first time though!!

Fri Aug 1st, 23.35, BBC2 is the exact airtime.
