The Locket revisited: Chiana's ESP - Science Fiction Fantasy Chronicles: forums

I just re-watched The Locket yesterday, and I gotta reiterate my belief that Chiana had "powers" or "abilities" before the Energy Rider incident :naughty: in season 3's Losing Time.

Back in TL, Chiana was the only person who didn't want to go into the 'mist' and she couldn't explain why. She simply stated that she thought it was dangerous.

Later, when Zhaan tells everyone not to go in, Chiana tells her she 'felt' something, too.

Also remember, Chiana has said from the moment we met her that she does what she wants, when she wants, and doesn't know why. I think her 'intuition' had been getting fine-tuned as she grows up and had become this 'ESP' thing we see now in season 3.

Am I just in need of better intoxicants?

Or do you think I have a point?

This is an excellent idea to expand the show in Season 4 (or as the basis of good fanfic). (I love The Locket. It's one of my favorites)

Good Theory.

After Chianna's visions in the last half of season 3 people have been looking to the locket a lot.

I wonder if Nerti also has this gift. it would help explain why he and Chiana are the only ones who received the disease antidote.
