Thrawn was good but I think one of the best strategists is Admiral Ackbar. I've always been a big fan of his (maybe it's the fishy resemblance...).
In terms of politics, Mon Mothma is very good and kept the Alliance and then the New Republic together.
What about Grand Moff Tarkin? He's certainly another to contend with. His downfall was trusting too much in technology and his Death Star. |
